EQLRI: Enhance the Quality of Low Resolution Image using Neural Network

This paper deals with the image resolution method. The excellence of the image plays a significant part in many applications such as pathology, satellite imaging, photoshop, and many more. The significant improvement is found in the excellence of the image through deep learning technology. A number of deep learning uses are discussed in this paper. The offered method works only on a simple three-layer neural architecture. The design of the neural network is lightweight. The proposed system gets analyzed by a change of parameters in convolutional neural network architecture. The performance of image quality is evaluated by peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR). The proposed method works better, as noticed in accuracy and visual improvements.
