An implementation of hardware-based TCP for TS transmitting

This paper implements TSoverHTCP which can execute the conversion from TS packets to TCP frame and hardware TCP data transmission. This paper is arranged as follows. Section II describes two basic data structures in TSoverHTCP; Section III introduces the inner architecture of TSoverHTCP. Transmission control implementation is discussed in Section IV. The concrete work process is described in Section V. Section VI and VII shows the test result and conclusion.
