Foremost of them is that these networks should provide ubiquitous coverage in any given country. Ubiquitous coverage is providing unrelenting service in urban cities, rural country sides, and in between regions. This includes providing coverage over highways and railways that run through forest and hilly areas. Such kind of coverage requires considerable infrastructure investment by service providers (SPs). Furthermore, the number of users using wireless broadband services is growing tremendously each year to add burden to SPs [4,10]. This is primarily because of the limited availability of wireless radio spectrum resources. Second, wireless networks are becoming dataoriented, which is reducing the profit margins for the SPs. The capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operating expenditure (OPEX) are growing while expanding their network coverage and capacity [15].
