Mobile cloud computing (MCC) is an emerging technology, which enables mobile users to acquire benefits of cloud computing by using their mobile devices. The quality of service (QoS) of a cloud service determines the degree of user satisfaction with the cloud computing service. QoS is an important criterion for users to select cloud services. In this paper, we describe a system model for mobile cloud service QoS control based on Software Defined Networking (SDN), and design a dynamic QoS routing algorithm for different services. Due to the imbalance of SDN controllers will degrade the QoS of service, a dynamic load balancing strategy based on Pastry protocol for multi-controller is proposed, addressing controllers load imbalance and reducing communication overhead. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed routing algorithm can effectively reduce the packet loss rate and improve link performance. The proposed load balancing strategy is effective in terms of reducing communication overhead and performance of load balancing in the control plane.
