Text Classification using Convolutional Neural Network by Genetic Algorithms

In order to improve the performance of Text Classification by Convolutional Neural Network, we propose adopting Genetic Algorithms as the optimization method in Convolutional Neural Network in the domain of Text Classification. We evaluated our method with TREC, SSTI, and SST2 datasets and obtained enlightening results.
