Correlation between the immersion and presence: focused on virtual reality contents
Wonjun Jeong, Seok Hee Oh · 2020
We studied how the user's usual immersion and the content's presence while using the content correlate to the factors that affect virtual reality content quality. Users experienced three virtual reality contents, and correlation analysis was conducted based on this data. As a result, only the correlation between the GAME-SOP survey scale set as a variable in the three virtual reality content was found to be of ordinary significance. This study is valuable as a prior study to determine the correlation between the user's usual immersion and virtual reality content. The analysis results can be used as survey data suitable for evaluating virtual reality content's existentialism.
