Appropriate Co-worker Recommendation in Crowdsourcing

Often in competitive crowdsourcing, tasks are decomposable and they require diverse skills. Hence, it becomes challenging for a single worker to solve the task. We address the problem of matching co-workers in such scenarios. We propose a model that suggests task-specific co-worker(s) to a worker by matching skills. It also ensures the quality of task because workers share their skills during solving the problem. Our preliminary analysis demonstrates effective of the proposed approach in a simulated setting.
