Aiming at the problem of errors in the reliability prediction calculation of pyrotechnical systems based on the Monte Carlo simulation method, this paper studies the three aspects of series and parallel systems, the number of components, and the parameters of the Monte Carlo simulation method to improve the accuracy of the reliability prediction simulation calculation method. The results show that the order of the reliability calculation errors from small to large is parallel system-6.
