Synthetic Vasculature Datsets

These synthetic datasets and ground-truth branchpoint labels were generated by Tetteh et al. 2020. Holes in the synthetic datasets were manually filled, and VesselVio branch point identifications were compared to ground-truth branchpoint labels.
