Designed, implemented, and tested a Java application (based on the pre-existing SVIQUEL system) for intuitive specification of spatial relationship queries, exploration of spatial trends, and innovative result visualization. This enhanced SVIQUEL system offers several major extensions, including an improved GUI that allows the specification of more complex spatial queries, a more versatile back end, and a plug-in visualization architecture.
