On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to welcome you to the 16th IEEE International Symposium on Workload Characterization (IISWC-2020) on Oct. 27-29, 2020. IISWC is a premier international forum for the characterization and understanding of all types of workloads. IISWC-2020 was changed to a virtual conference due to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
