We propose a method of improving credibility of review information by taking reviewer's biases into consideration. For instance, we have succeeded the characteristic of the region where we born and grew up, and it is in us as a bias. In case of evaluating objects, we evaluate them with having left the influence of such a character- istic unconsciously. In this paper, we analyzed the elements which are thought about as biases such as reviewer's profiles and their regionality and confirmed the existence of such biases actually. Moreover, we considered methods of improving fairness of evaluation which is the most important element for the credibility improvement of review information. In the future, we propose a method of improving the credibility of review information by verifying biases and the possibility that we considered.
