Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs) are one of the efficient approaches to authenticate Internet of Things (IoT) devices. PUFs are inherently noisy. In this paper, using a smart contract, in addition to authentication, one error can be corrected per block. Blockchain technology is used to ensure that there is no single failure point in the system. The proposed method is immune to many attacks, such as replay attacks, cloning attacks, spoofing attacks, man-in-the-middle attacks, etc. Due to using the hash of responses, the proposed method greatly reduces the possibility of modeling attacks. This method also declines the computational cost to 4.316ms but does not affect the message cost.
