Generalized Multi-synchronization of the attitude angle for flexible aircraft

Juan Pablo Flores-Flores, Rafael Martínez‐Guerra · 2020

In this work we present a dynamic control for the multi-synchronization of the attitude angle of a group of aircraft with flexible appendix. This is, given a family of master systems and another of slave systems, a Multi-output Generalized Observability Canonical Form is obtained by considering a family of differential primitive elements, such that a coordinate transformation can be generated and a dynamic control can be naturally designed in order that all attitude angles to be identical in a given time. Each flexible aircraft is modelled as a hub-beam system described by partial differential equations. Since the solution of the resulting synchronization error evolves in an infinite Hilbert space, the stability is analysed with spectral theory and semi-group theory. We present numerical results in order to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
