SCRATCHPAD Explorations for Elliptic Theta Functions

In a recent series of papers [ 5 ], [ 6 ], [ 9 ] we have examined a two-particle generalization of hard hexagon model in statistical mechanics. Our object in this paper is to examine the known algorithms that failed us in our research, the lucky accidents that provided our insight for obtaining our solutions and the developments in exploratory algorithms we think might systematize problems like this.
