A Molecular Docking Study of Lopinavir towards SARS-COV-2 Target Protein

The epidemic caused by COVID-19 demand for an urgent need of a specified drug or vaccination. In the present study, using molecular docking, we have identified the potential of Lopinavir to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 target protein in the treatment of COVID-19. The results obtained encourage further in vitro and in vivo investigations of Lopinavir.
