Content Integrity Techniques for Digital Quran

The trend of reading Digital Quran online has increased among the internet users. The Holy Quran is the most sacred scripture for Muslims has been preserved from any kind of distortion since time immemorial. However, with the advent of cyber threats, attempts have been made to tamper its contents. The present article focuses on systematically identifying and categorizing suitable techniques that can be used to preserve the content integrity of the Digital Holy Quran. The focus has been on exploring techniques suitable for text and image format only. The article is concluded with future challenges in Quran and Hadith authentication.
