A Calculus of Located Entities

In this paper we define BioScapeL, a stochastic π-calculus in 3D-space with abstract locations. It builds on BioScape [4] by associating with each entity a geometric transformation of its shape w.r.t. a global reference system. In particular, we specify translation of the barycentre of the entity, and scaling of its shape. Translations may have deterministic and random components, which are resolved at simulation
