Dynamic Split TCP

This paper is dedicated to the research of the approaches to split transport connections. Currently, the most famous Split TCP approach is the static approach that can be ineffective in certain scenarios. In this paper we propose dynamic Split TCP that makes a decision on the parameters of proxying based on the current network condition and the proxy load. The experimental study of our approach showed its advantage in the resulting speed in comparison with classical Split TCP and analogous dynamic splitting approaches.
