The current fishing population is on a downward trend. As a cause, it is conceivable that 20s and 30s are away from fishing due to overuse of young people's smartphones. In addition, there are a lot of people who are not good at touching bait and fished fish. In this research, in order to reduce the burden on such people, we developed a system attached to a fish hook without touching bait. This system requires only one hand without using both hands, those who do not have one arm or handicapped are the subjects, but please also use it for women and children who are not good at touching baits. I hope that this system will increase the fishing population in Japan.
