The Effect of the Determinants of Big Data Implementation in Traffic Fields

Big data is one of many IT technical skills, which has been receiving the most attention in various fields, such as academia, government and organization. However, most organizations are promoting the hasty adoption without considering various relevant factors due to the IT trend for Big data or the difficulties in utilizing Big data, such as lack of proper technical capabilities or of proper understanding of the concepts. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find the effects of the factors of Bid data in traffic fields. The results show that the utilization of Big data significantly depends on data record design, however, not depends on data quality control. Environmental factors had an insignificant effect on data record design and data quality control. However, the technological factors and the institutional factors had a significant effect on data record design and data quality control.
