A Study on Behaviour Intention for using Chatbots

The present study uses the primary research to find out the behavior intention of an individual to use chatbots. The study has taken the five dimensions viz., reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibility and find out their association with behavior intention of an individual to use the chatbots. The sample of 270 respondents are taken to conclude the findings. It was concluded that out of these five dimensions, three dimensions are significantly associated with intention of using chatbots. These are reliability, empathy and tangibility.
