Language understanding on moderate mental retarded children

In this empirical study on mental retarded children, in which the group pre school children are tested, e.g. experimental group (included in two years rehabilitation treatment) and control group of the children (matched by all relevant criteria) we gathered the results about the role and relevance of speech and language rehabilitation on child language understanding. Improvement at the domain of speech and language development are registrated only on basic level (ability of articulation and ability of language understanding.
