Data mining principles have a number of applications in banking nowadays, being used to assess security concerns and to identify improved security solutions in e-banking. The dataset described in this chapter has been prepared by collecting information from respondents through questionnaires. A clustering technique, combined with Student’s t test using SPSS software, was used to identify statistically significant differences between bank customers and e-banking customers in terms of their perception of e-banking security..
