Measurements cover all the required parameters for the clinical and research purpose. Low-quality measurements affect a steady prognosis and diagnosis. Wrong measurements affect epidemiological studies and randomized trials. Statistical analysis deals with reference values, spreading of individual groups, outliers, and reference limits. Administration of entire testing such as test usage and practice guidelines, patient identification, turnaround time (TAT), laboratory logs, transcription errors, patient preparation, specimen collection, transport, and division and spreading of aliquots should be performed after and before analysis.
