Metrological analysis of voltage transducers under multi-harmonic signals

This paper presents a brief discussion on nonlinearity of voltage transducers, covering both single and multitone approaches. In addition, the multi-harmonic measurement system that has been developed at Inmetro is described, along with its main characteristics. Finally, we present a test case showing the metrological differences between the two approaches.
