Marriage Recommendation Algorithm Based on KD-KNN-LR Model

With the rapid development of machine learning, recommendation algorithms have been gradually applied in the matrimonial service. In this paper, we focus on the application of machine learning techniques in marriage recommendation. Based on the fusion model of KD-KNN (K-Dimensional tree and k nearest neighbors) and LR (Logistic Regression), we propose a marriage recommendation algorithm, which is called KD-KNN-LR in this paper. Given a set of male and female users, KD-KNN-LR aims to recommend a set of best marriage candidates to each user. It takes bidirectional matching into account. Experimental results show that KD-KNN_LR has a better performance with an accuracy rate of 86%.
