`Mobility handling' process is considered to be very important in a cluster-based MWSN. In a clustered architecture of a mobile network, the CH monitors its member, transmits data and handle mobility. In this paper, a time-stamp based algorithm is proposed to predict mobility and hand off the nodes. Simulation results explained that proposed algorithm performs well in both single and double clustered architecture which helps in load balancing. The latency of handling mobility of time-stamp based algorithm is 9.1 times less than the existing M-LEACH algorithm.
