Traceability Analysis of Face Spoofing Detection Techniques Using Machine Learning

From last few years, there is tremendous growth in face biometric system and lots of work have been done in this field by the researcher. As the use of face biometric system is increasing in almost every field like government and commercial sector and also in social networking sites like facebook, instagram, whatsup, google+ are increasing, people share their personal information including photos, videos etc. it is vulnerable to different attacks like face spoofing attack, DDOS, Phishing attack etc. Researchers in security field have focus on developing more accurate detection method to protect against spoofing threats. Although there are so many different detection methods have been developed but there are some challenges in detection technique to find out parameters for face spoofing attack. So there must be focused on developing more secure authenticated and reliable detection techniques for face spoofing attacks. The main aim of this paper is to provide a study of face spoofing techniques and its traceability analysis. This paper includes an overview of biometric system, detection techniques and its analysis of the various parameters used in face spoofing.
