Output Partition Method for Block Decoupling by State Feedback

A method to get the ultimate decouplable output partition is presented. Unimodular transforma-tion is formed to abstract the ultimate feedback invariant structure of each block. Using their interrelation, the undecouplable blocks can be grouped to get the ultimate decouplabe output partition.
