Efficient Wait-Free Implementation of Atomic Multi-Word Buffer

This paper proposes algorithms to create atomic multi-word buffers that support a single writer and multiple readers. The first algorithm given uses multi-writer, multi-reader variables whereas the second algorithm uses single-writer, multi-reader variables as a base. Both of the algorithms require O(nm) space and run in O(m) time for a logical read or a logical write, where m is the number of words in the buffer and n is the number of reading processes. 1
