Definition Framework of Educational Process Construction Supported by an Intelligent Tutoring System

The motivation behind this paper is the need for educational processes that can be constructed and adapted to the needs of the learners, the preferences of the tutors, the requirements of the system administrators and the system designers of ITS. In this vein, the paper explores the theory to study the problem of educational process construction. This study introduces a new multi-level view of educational processes. Based on the proposed view, a faceted definition framework conducts a comparative study between different ITS to understand and classify issues in educational process construction.
