Internet of Things (IoT) model refer to a network of corporeal devices implanted electronics devices, sensors, actuators, software and connectivity that empowers these gadgets to trade information with different gadgets. In the last few years, IoT becomes part of our daily life by making approximately everything automatic like smart homes, smart lights, fully automatic machine and thermostats, etc. all these things make human life straightforward but also add some security and protection issues of data. Millions of devices would be wirelessly interacting is a major threat to our protection and privacy. IoT needs reliable and effective security solutions that fulfill IOT specifications, low power, small memory and limited computing resources. This paper discusses various IoT principles, the architecture of IoT and various attacks at a different layer of the architecture.
