Mosque institutions have been used information communication technology (ICT) tools in support of the continuation of digital community development. One of the mechanisms of information communication technology to provide information to the community is the digital board. Therefore, this study aims to find out the type of information received and the significant information needs among Muslim communities based on mosque digital information boards. This study has been using quantitative design with the questionnaire instrument. A total of 244 respondents were selected using the simple random sampling method in the three zones of the mosque in Perak, Malaysia. The results showed that the types of digital information that respondents received through the digital boards in the mosque were religious authority information, knowledge programs including study schedules and study summaries weekly, and local community activities. The findings showed that digital information needs among the respondents were at the average mean level of education in weekly study information requirements (min = 4.24), religious authorities (min = 4.24), health (min = 4.18), safety (min = 4.23), city council (min = 3.94) and mosque authority (min = 4.20). The study's findings suggest that respondents need significant information about mosque activities and relevant government agency information. The integration source of information transmitted through the mosques digital information board will manage systematically based on the principles of informing, educating, and high value in use. It enhances the information needs of the Islamic community in big data management.
