Blockchain is a beginning to the change in various industries including health care, data analysis, real estate, financial services, supply chain management, transport and more. Where the Blockchain system is decentralized and records cannot be modified. This emerging technology provides more secure and efficient ways for storing of data. In this article we present how blockchain is implemented in healthcare domain using smart contract to secure and manage Electronic health records efficiently. The integration of Smart healthcare and Blockchainhas significant impacts on the improvement of health and medical services around the world. This will make the medical system more efficient by decentralization, faster access to the information. In this paper we discussed about the different aspects of blockchain in Healthcare by comparing existing models.
