Effect of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Improving the Treatment Effect and the Anxiety State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Orthopedic Surgery

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the effect of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on improving the treatment effect of orthopedic surgery patients and its effect on improving the anxiety state and sleep quality. Method: A total of 128 cases with orthopedic surgery from May 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the stochastic indicator method, 64 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basic of the control group. The clinical efficacy, anxiety and depression, and sleep quality of two groups were observed. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The VAS, SAS and SDS of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of anxiety and depression was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can significantly improve the clinical effect, and alleviate postoperative pain, and relieve anxiety or depression, and reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression, and effectively improve the patients’ sleep quality.
