Loops and Lists

In this chapter, programming starts to become useful. The concepts introduced in the previous chapter are essential building blocks in all computer programs, but our example programs only performed a few calculations, which we could easily do with a regular calculator. In this chapter, we will introduce the concept of loops , which can be used to automate repetitive and tedious operations.
