In the image, processing, and filtering are playing an important role. For the living organism, pictures are often regenerated after the removal of noise from the complex degraded image. Image qualities are often degraded by two factors mainly by the environment effect and transmission medium. The most motivation of this paper is to review different techniques of algorithms that make a picture free from the noise and increase the equality enhancement of the complex degraded image. Complex degraded image is a picture that's suffering from differing types of unwanted signal like impulse noise, Brownian Noise (Fractal Noise) Rayleigh Noise, Gamma Noise, and Structured Noise. The main effort of this paper is that the revise of a variety of text extraction techniques and de-noising the complex degraded image. Different sort of filter is employed to get rid of noise from a posh degraded image. the most motivation of the paper is that the latest application of the automated text extraction process followed by text recognition is receiving huge demand.
