Intensification of the Process of Evaporation of Crystallizing Solutions

In order to intensify the evaporation process, a scheme of an evaporation unit with separation of crystals of mineral salts in a hydrocyclone installed on the circulation line of the evaporator was developed.The main structural dimensions of the evaporator and hydrocyclone are determined, and the hydraulic resistance of the circulation circuit of the evaporator is calculated.A pump that provides intensive circulation of the solution in the circuit is selected.
