Rotating Black Hole Universe and Anti-gravity

On the basis of a black-hole model of the static Universe, a black-hole model of the spinning Universe was proposed. At the same mass, the spinning Universe has (relative to static) a larger radius, lower density, energy density and thickness of the anti-gravity halo.
