Direct evaluation of measurement uncertainties by feedback compensation of decoherence
Holger Friedrich Hofmann · Physical Review Research · 2021
This paper shows that the precision of a quantum measurement can be determined from the uncompensated amount of decoherence in a probe qubit after the effects of an extremely weak interaction with the system are compensated by a negative feedback determined by the outcomes of the measurement procedure that is being evaluated.
