Graph Theoretic Risk Classification in Transportation Networks

Communication network of the surface transportation systems can be split into two main parts. One is the communication network amongst the vehicles, the vehicular ad hoc network (VANET), and the other is the communication network of the road side units (RSU). The goal of this paper is to present an algorithm that classifies the vertices of a graph (e.g. vehicles, or road side units) based on their risk value.
