Object control in terms of delay and aftereffect with interval duration

The optimal control problem of a dynamic object functioning under conditions of delay and aftereffect is considered. A method for obtaining the worst values of the delay duration and aftereffect is described. An algorithm for the synthesis of a robust controller that takes into account the worst case of delay is introduced.
