New Genetic Algorithm for Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window

Presented an improved genetic algorithm for vehicle routing problem with time window(VRPTW). The intuitive integer string representation, a new selection method with tournament of three copies, and an improved heuristic crosser were applied. The experimental results showed its validity for vehicle routing problem with time Window(VRPTW).
