The intervention group received nursing intervention based on sensitive indexes, while the control group received routine nursing intervention. Compared nursing sensitive index construction score, comfort, and nursing quality of the two groups. Results The nursing sensitive index construction score in the terms of ward environment (3.8 points), preoperative guidance (4.8 points), postoperative health guidance (4.6 points), attention and communication (4.1 points), nurse behaviour (4.2 points) in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (2.9 points, 3.2 points, 3.6 points, 3.2 points, 3.5 points); CVRS score (1.2 points) and comfort score (3.3 points) in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (1.5 points, 4.6 points); the total score of nursing quality in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group [(97.3±1.6) points vs.(90.4±2.7) points], with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
