Application of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of senile chronic heart failure and its impact on the satisfaction of patients' nursing

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing intervention in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its impact on patients' satisfaction with nursing. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to this hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into comfort group and routine group according to the odd and even number of the end of hospitalization, 54 patients in each group.Conventional nursing mode was applied in the conventional group and comfortable nursing mode was applied in the comfortable group.After nursing intervention, the self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total score of self-care ability evaluation in the comfort group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05), and the scores of self-care skill, self-care consciousness, self-care concept and health knowledge were all higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the comfort group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application effect of comfort nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure is satisfactory, which can effectively improve patients' self-care ability, increase patients' trust in nursing staffs, and improve nursing satisfaction.
