Objective To explore the application effect of modified early warning score combined with predictive symptomatic nursing system to patients with hemoptysis tuberculosis. Methods A total of 30 patients with hemoptysis tuberculosis treated in our hospital from November 2014 to May 2015 were chosen as the control group by the random sampling method. While another 30 patients with hemoptysis tuberculosis treated in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2016 were chosen as the observation group by the random sampling method. The observation group were treated by the modified early warning score system, while the control group adopted the routine nursing care. The occurance rate of complications, average times of hemoptysis, interval time of hemoptysis and average hospital stay of the two groups were compared. Results The average times of hemoptysis, interval time of hemoptysis, hospital stay and the occurance rate of the complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The application of modified early warning score system to patients with hemoptysis tuberculosis can find out the potential risks factors as soon as possible, decrease the times of hemoptysis, reduce the occurance rate of complications and shorten the time of hemoptysis and hospital stay.
