Bibliometric analysis on related nursing researches of falling down in CSTPCD

Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis on the related nursing researches of falling down, to know the situation of nursing research related to falling down in recent years. Methods We collected nursing literature related to falling down in Chinese database, and used word frequency statistical analysis to analyze the publication years, authors, institutions, periodicals distribution, funding, etc. Results Totally 435 studies were included, and the result showed that the papers are increasing year by year; hospitals are the research subject; the number of non-randomized controlled trials are large; and the research highlights are focusing on the elderly, hospital patients, risk assessment and management model, etc. Conclusions Nursing researches related to falling down has been taken seriously, however, the breadth, depth and the study quality should be improved.
