Discussion on training young editors for sci-tech periodicals

This paper introduced the experience of young editors training in the editorial department.The young editors without any editing experience were conducted to be quickly familiar with the business of editor through participating in the published professional qualifications test and professional job training,being familiar with the editing process and the common error types,dividing the article into several main parts according to the characteristics and editing according to the requirements of them.
