Usage management system for an API accessible Icelandic OCR

Markmið verkefnisins er að utbua notendastjornkerfi i tengslum við ljoslesara (OCR) sem haegt er að tengjast með forritaskilum (API) og er hannað með islenskan texta i huga. Ljoslesarinn er i þroaður af Agli Antoni Hloðverssyni, eiganda verkefnisins. Með forritaskilunum er auðvelt að tengja ljoslesarann við aðrar vefsiður eða forrit og a sama tima hafa stjorn a notkun i samraemi við þann aðgang sem notendur keyptu ser.; The aim of the project was to create an usage management system around an API (Application Program Interface) accessible OCR (Optical Character Recognition), designed for working with Icelandic text. The OCR is currently being developed by Egill Anton Hloðversson, the owner of our project. The API allows for easy integration of the OCR engine into other websites or applications, while only allowing a certain amount of processing according to each user's payment plan.
